15 years, from .NET line-of-business apps to multi-tenant platform architecture.

I'm a platform engineer turned architect. Most recently I was Senior Technical Lead at Contentstack, a headless CMS used by 500+ enterprise tenants. I led core platform capabilities — releases, branches, publishing, Taxonomy RBAC — and enterprise migrations for customers across the US, Europe and APAC.

I care about the boring parts that make platforms trustworthy: backward compatibility, idempotent APIs, clear failure semantics and migrations that don't lose data. I work AI-first — Claude and Cursor are part of my daily SDLC — and I build AI systems (RAG, agents, MCP) with the same architecture discipline.

This site is also my public notebook. The Knowledge Hub is where I write down every pattern and principle I study, with diagrams and the best sources I found.

  1. Senior Technical Lead · Contentstack

    Oct 2021 – Aug 2026
    • Led core multi-tenant SaaS platform capabilities — Taxonomy RBAC, Variants and Branches Env — from HLD/LLD through release and production support, for 500+ enterprise tenants.
    • Designed v1/v2 API compatibility boundaries so new publishing and branching behaviour shipped without breaking enterprise integrations.
    • Led the team that built an AI agent-based setup system (onboarding 1 month → 1 week) and an internal RAG knowledge tool.
    • Cut production issue resolution from ~5 hours to 1 hour with structured logging, alerting and dashboards in Observe.
    • Led and mentored 8 engineers; ran 50+ technical interviews. Technical Lead from Oct 2021, promoted to Senior Technical Lead in Mar 2025.
